Maximum lifting and handling capacity is 32 tonnes lift within an envelope of 5.5m x 5.5m x 15m using the following handling and shot blasting equipment.

Production Bays

Heated workshop areas to ensure the parameters of the specification are adhered to.

  • 3 x Heavy bays with overhead cranage, coating large components and fabricated structures up to 30 tonnes.
  • 2 x Light bays coating smaller components, typically brackets, valves, pumps etc. in one offs to large batches in a modern heated workshop.

All Site activities both Internal and External are monitored 24hours 7 days a week by CCTV for complete security of customers' materials.
